5.1 Dean Koontz books
A friend of mine turned me on to Dean Koontz and I read six of them in about a month back in 2007. Just recently (Christmas 2008) read a burst of them and the latest Odd Thomas book. I know I have read the following–maybe more?
About the Odd Thomas books–Thomas is a man who “sees” evil things will happen and tries to rescue people. And, yes, some of his characters are particularly evil ones.
Odd Hours by Dean Koontz
The Husband by Dean Koontz
Seize the Night by Dean Koontz
Fear Nothing by Dean Koontz
The Taking by Dean Koontz
Watchers–this is an intense book about evil and good–first one I read
False Memory
Ice Bound
Sole Survivor
Intensity
From the Corner of His eye–saw this one on the maids cart at the hotel and borrowed it (with permission). Pretty scary book (as most of his are). Two special children, Barty and Angel, who see “all the ways things are”. Of course, evil “Junior” is after them.
I took over a 100 books to the used bookstore and all I came out with was a book called Forever Odd and 30 dollars worth of credit. But, it has been a good read. Second story by Koontz with this character. Odd Thomas is once again on the trail of an evil villain–this time a woman who has kidnapped his bone fragile friend. Yeah, I know–there are lots of other things I could do with my time. Well, lots of worse things too!
