I Do Not Quit but I Do Surrender

Keep moving

• Stay Focused
• Be Disciplined
• Don’t Quit
• But Surrender?

When I grasp life with a death grip, I wrestle with

• Fear—of failure, others and the unknown
• Doubts—myself, abilities, God, the future
• Confusion
• And Isolation

I forget God’s

• Grace
• Mercy
• Goodness
• Faithfulness
• Unconditional Love

And how much I need

• His Power, not my own
• His Wisdom
• His Care and Love
• His Understanding
• His View of the Future
• And His Promises

So, I let go and in letting go, I find

• Serenity
• Peace
• Refuge
• Safety
• Comfort
• And Reassurance

I do not quit but I do surrender

• And keep on trusting
• That in the end
• I shall be satisfied
• All will be well
• At the proper time
• For my good
• And His Glory
