I few thoughts I would add:
Defining success differently–new priorities;
Health concerns–especially energy (already mentioned), sight and hearing;
Ministering in a culture that is “cutting edge” when your edge becomes dull and the associated fears;
Experience of losses;
Deeper empathy for people’s sufferings and pains of life;
Easier to “suck air” with the messiness of life and ministry–a greater appreciation of God’s grace in the lives of others;

Thank you! I think the “deeper empathy” and “greater appreciation for God’s grace” rings true in my life. Will use these today.
